Hello
I have WD10TMVW - with usb .the disk spins but is not detected in windows. after about 30 seconds you can hear the knock of the heads, it stops spinning and starts again. over and over again.
How to put the drive in service mode

help please

Hello,

You need to send drive to a pro.
Pcb must be converted and probably it needs a new set of heads.
