The cap is shorted to gnd on both pads? Check the other caps with in same column, so you know which pad is GND and then lift the other side.

If you have already identified the shorted cap in picture #3 then removed it and check resistance of the rails to ground to see if the short is gone.

... wish people sent me drives with just shorted caps.

2 Other caps normal. not shorted
