Can't agree Amarbir - TS is just that, tech support to assist solving my cases.
I don't pay 1200 euros a year for them to do R&D only to develop their product. If they don't want to provide case level support they should be selling just the software updates rather than TS.

I rarely talk to any of their TS guys but
- they must be overloaded due to the large number of requests (many ppl think they become DR experts by buying pricy tools, then they pass their cases to the TS to get it solved)
- some of the TS crew is really dumb as i heard, and make irreversible changes to HDD SA, making it (at least) challenging to recover user data (own experience).

I own pc3k udma & absolutely not expert but I have benefited from forum more than TS. Definitely DR is ever evolving field with new models & complications are getting added almost everyday.
Active vendor support is a must since only developer can operate there device most efficiently , if needed they can give some yet to be released patch or solution .

Costly tool will not create magic , own hard work & logic is a must . Most of the senior members must be more knowledgeable than primary TS.

Acelab TS is Like ,
This is Not Possible ,That is Impossible ,Then You take coffee , post here on Forums social media and its imaging ,Then you pour coffee on your phone thinking the coffee will reach then in hot condition ,But the end result is a mobile phone that does not work
