Hello everyone,
can anyone assist me with this HDD Seagate Barracuda 7299.8, 250 Gig.
Using SATA-to-USB, the computer doesn't detect it. When I join the USB it appear for seconds and disappear again quickly.
Is the issue here related to the Firmware or something else? if yes, where is the BIOS firmware that needs to be replaced?

Thanx in advance.

Does the motor spin ? You need to connect terminal to see what's going on.

Have you tried with another USB enclosure or directly on motherboard with SATA?

What exactly do you want to do with the ROM while the drive boots normally?

Your name and signature refer to a data recovery company, why are you asking such basic questions?
Did you connect the disk to the terminal and analyze the logs?

yeah, you're right it's 7200.8 and not like I mentioned.

Because it behaves semelery in all cases with/ without convirter

Since it doesn't appear in the disk Management, in the most cases, the cause is electronic. At least this is my understanding.

I want to make sure and not corrupt the customer data.
However, If you don't want to help/ aren't able to help, bitter to be silent than nitpicking!!

He's not nittpicking .

You're advertising and selling a service it's obvious you can't deliver then asking professionals here to solve cases for you. Stuff like this makes us all look bad and why social media is full of complaints about data recovery services.

Put the drive on whatever pro tool you have and post the log from the terminal. If you don't have pro tools and you don't know how to do things manually you shouldn't have taken the clients case.
