Please help after power loss the hdd became uninitialized and has no partition on disk management. It's my personal PC all the tools for my business are in this hdd. Please help

If the data is too important, consult a pro.
This can be something quite easy (like a logical problem) or something more complex like firmware problem or weak head(s).

If the data is not too important, you can try: a) Run UFS Explorer and see if your data shows up and you can copy them, b) Connect terminal reply from your drive and post it here.
These two options can stress and irreversibly damage your drive in case of a mechanical failure.

There's no disk or partition to recover the data
But it detects on device manager and uninitialized disk with no partition on disk in disk management!

Not sure what commands you sent in terminal but it's probably too far gone now to recover.

I've to wait for people's answers for long time so I thought of second opinion the data is not that important to me so it would be a loss anyway so I thought deleting everything with the terminal command. I don't know the command but it's a program downloaded from hddguru for seagate f3 terminal commands like its a gui for the f3. I clicked erase button on the program and the terminal command ran for 30 to 45 minutes I think saying something like formatting! I forgot to take a snap as I was going for lunch . Guys please have a discord or an irc chat for quicker replies please
