Hello,
I have Toshiba KBG40ZPZ256G flash chip desoldered from toshiba laptop motherboard. How to get access to the data on this drive? I don't have PC3000.

That's a single-chip NVMe SSD.

If this is a working SSD, then install it on a compatible m.2 PCB (like the one in the datasheet).
