1.) Can this be fixed with Terminal Commands?? Otherwise the drive shows perfectly on This Pc, Manage and Device Manager.
2.) How do I connect this in Terminal I mean the TX Rx Connection and the Baud Rate
3.) What are the Commands?

If a drive is making bad noises, then that is a sign of a possible head crash.

Where does these noises come from? I mean the motor's have bearings and greases (forgive me if I'm wrong) and so does the heads have bearings and greases too. I can see the partition! But copies slow and fast intermediately depends on the noise when copying files. So where does this noise come from. The heads won't touch the surface of the platter either (I think.) Some sounds can be identified but these are like scratching the perfect mirror like platter but still can access the data! How is that possible? Anyway. If the head scratches the disk there could be a stiction nor the disk would or will not run I think.

one or more heads are probably weak, perhaps contaminated, and drive cannot easily follow the track on that surface. that sound comes from head movement. No point trying to repair this.
