what chips in PCB HDD 2.5" or 3.5" store BIOS and firmware and SMART? are 3 chips for 3 files? what type of chip use for tree?

SMART data is typically located on the platters in the FW (SA).

For the record, I am convinced you're a bot.

FW = Firmware.
SA = Service Area (the location on the platters that stores firmware)

There is usually no "chip" that holds firmware; there are boot loaders.
The only exception to this rule is Hitachi (well, the old "Hitachi"); but that's a loaded gun question and is model / era dependant.

hdd 2.5 and 3.5" not use any memory chip eeeprom or flash for store firmware/bios?
