Using a USB 3.0 enclosure case on a HDD can mask and show a badblock error, but the sector may be fine?

I have a 500GB HDD and I am scanning it with HD Tune at 170 scan and it showed a red block.

crystaldiskinfo say health hdd is good

It is useless to scan HDD mounted in OS for delays.
For this purpose PIO mode is used and disk power is turned on after OS loading. Or DOS is used. Google to the rescue.
