I got a drive 500GB WD. That from the beginning was clicking twice then spins down. Upon inspection the PCB, the ROM everything seems fine. So i came to conclusions that it is the heads

Got a matching donor, checked the platters and swapped heads. The drive still Clicked twice then spins down
I have tried uploading LDR, tried hot swapping but nothing worked.
Can anyone help me out?? Any suggestions is welcomed??

Thanks everyone!
