I have tried to recover data from this device with VNR, but the ID is not found in the database and support tells me that it is an incorrect ID.

The pinout is known and I have verified that it is correct, I don't know what the problem is. Help please

Have you confirmed that the id is being transmitted to the VNR by monitoring the ID routine connection with your LA ?

Do you have a scan with the coating removed and I'll check my layouts to see if it's one I can confirm for you - what did your layout come from?

Yes, ID is wrong and this is problem with voltage. Some times can by fixed sending a special commands to chip before read and this commands can be few. You can do that in Flash Extractor, more information you can find on FE forum.
