Anyone can help me to find a software for extract rom information from wd drives rom bin ?

Like I said, it's a command line tool. So ... go to the command line and type "WDROMV17". All will be revealed.

yes it's work in a command line but it's not extract the SN: from the rom

If it doesn't extract the serial number, it's because there is no serial number in ROM.
