Laptop fell and its broken, I took out hard drive but I can’t access the files on it even with PCIE NVME adapter. I don’t see any missing or broken components.
Where is the efuse? it looks like this drive has several, is that possible? Can someone find it so I can test voltage with meter?

The 9 pin chip i thought was the efuse has:

ZDKI
1BI
ATHL

But there's many!

That's a load switch.

https://www.ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partmarking=ZDKI

I can't make out any part markings in your photo. Can you?

Can you measure voltages V1, V2, V3, VIN a/b/c/d, VOUT a/b/c/d, Vx, Vy?

Can you identify the markings on the ICs in unknown1.jpg and unknown2.jpg?

TPS22954, Texas Instruments, 5.7V, 5A, 14mOhm Load Switch with Voltage Monitoring & Quick Output Discharge, marking ZDKI, WSON (10):

CAT34TS00, ON Semiconductor, 1.8V Digital Temperature Sensor, marking OTA, TDFN-8:

Thank you for checking it.
Marking on Unknown1 chip seems to be .09EDB
Marking on very small Unknown2 chip: HJ

V1 1.2v
V2 .80
V3 1.1v
VIN a 1.8v
VIN b .80
VIN c 3.3v
VIN d 1.1v

VOUT a 1.8v
VOUT b .798v
VOUT c 3.3v
VOUT d 1.1v
VY is 3.3v
VX is 1.8v

All your load switches are working correctly (VINx = VOUTx).

V1, V2 and V3 are probably correct, but I can't be sure.

Your SDRAM (LPDDR4X) appears to have Vdd1, Vdd2, Vddq voltage ratings of 1.8V, 1.1V, 0.6V.

Vx/Vy appears to be a 1.8V LDO linear regulator. Other similar P31 SSDs have a switchmode regulator at this location.

These two parts appear to have the same function and pinout, but their markings don't match (yours is "HJ"):

https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/sbvs153g/sbvs153g.pdf (TLV70718)
https://www.digikey.com/htmldatasheets/production/1867441/0/0/1/NCP177.pdf (NCP177AMX180TCG or NCP177BMX180TCG)

The other unknown part (9EDB or gEDB ?) appears to be identical to the following part on other P31 SSDs.

TPS3897, Texas Instruments, Single-Channel, Adjustable Voltage Monitor, 1.7V - 6.5V, marking UL, SON-6:
https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps3897.pdf

In short, your SSD probably has a firmware fault.

Your SSD doesn't appear in the list of supported types:

https://blog.acelab.eu.com/pc-3000-ssd-list-of-supported-ssd-drives-regularly-updated.html

If you don't intend to pursue professional recovery (it probably isn't possible, anyway), then you could try placing the SSD in "safe mode" or "ROM mode". In this mode the SSD should identify itself with its factory alias. I expect there would be a shorting point in this area, but I have no idea how to find the correct pair of pins:

Alternatively, you could try shorting the Data and Clock pins of the temperature sensor IC with a metal probe just before you power on the SSD, and then release the short within a few seconds. Hopefully the SSD will detect a fault and revert to safe mode.

If the SSD identifies itself, then this will prove that the controller is not brain dead.

The mystery 6-pin IC is SY20867E.

SY20867E, Silergy, adjustable voltage monitor, 1.7V - 6.5V, marking gxyz, DFN1.45×1-6:
