I have died 2tb hdd wd, but i don't know which rom location of the pcb. Can u help me!!

I dont have tools for dump it, no sinyal and respond of pcb

Your PCB has two e-fuses. If you can upload a detailed, clear photo, I can show you the test points.

Measure the input and output voltages of U3 and U4.

U3 = MP5013EGJ

MP5013EGJ, Monolithic Power, Programmable Current-Limit Switch with Over-Voltage Clamp and Slew Rate Control, 3V - 5.5Vin, 2A, 22V max, marking AWBy, TSOT23-8:

U4 is equivalent to MP5014A ?
