i have a External HDD WD Elements 2TB and Working Perfectly , Today i connected to old PC by USB2 and i hear USB plug in sound after 20 second opened This PC and won,t see external drive in list , i think driver is not mounted by windows , i without safety remove eject unplug my hard disk and plug again and won,t see again drive in drives list !!!!!

connect hard disk to my laptop by usb3 hear plug in USB sound and again not mount my external drive !

The information on the hard disk is not important, I just want to fix the problem of the hard disk and be able to use it

after open disk management in windows show hard disk Initialize Disk MBR OR GPT After Selected any choice After about 20 seconds return error : the request could not be performed beacause of an I/O device error :(

check this hard disk by Hard Disk Sentinel Health & performance is 100% see attached screenshot :

Have you already tried the following Sentinel function? If so, what did it report?
Quick Fix
Hard Disk Sentinel Professional 6.00 version introduced a new test: Disk menu Surface test -> Quick Fix. The purpose of the Quick Fix test is to (as described in the software when the appropriate test function selected):

Verify which area(s) of the disk drive reported problems and written recently then diagnose, repair specifically those (and nearby) sectors and critical system areas. The test forces the disk drive to repair any problematic (pending, weak) sectors: restore the status to good or reallocate (replace from spare area) if required to prevent further use of the original sector.
