Hi every one and hello fzabkar sir kindly help me fix the pcb its 800067 2TB WD Charger problem is no power at all i have posted the pcb pic pls help

check the component marked with 'S', it should be shorted (fuse) and the diodes near it, they should not be shorted.

as a next step, measure voltages on 'S' and the inductors near the motor controller while supplying power through the usb connector and post results

I assume you've checked TVS diode and the fuse?
Looks like the power trace is cracked. Circled on the top down view.
Try to solder power to the point I circled in red on the back side view, ground to the black circled spot.
If the board is not cracked, the fuse marked S I've highlighted, sometimes those have cold solder joints, I've managed to fix a few of these boards by just putting some flux and hitting that fuse with hot air to reflow it.
