The BIOS and system see the disk, but it can't be read. What can I try to do at home?

The Seagate drives from this era were not exactly known for being the most reliable. The Barracuda ES.2 is the enterprise counterpart to the Barracuda 7200.11.

If the data is not so important that you need to contact a DR specialist...
We buy a USB-TTL adapter, make a power switch for the HDD, and look at the startup log in the terminal.
And mounting a sick HDD in Windows is a bad omen... :)

Molex --------- Double switch ---------------- SATA Power

+5V ----------- swith -------------------- Red
+12V ---------- swith -------------------- Yellow
GND ---------------------------------------- Black
GND ---------------------------------------- Black
