The first half of each ROM is identical to the second half, so that would suggest that the real ROM size is 2MiB rather than 4MiB. What are the part markings on the ROMs?

These ROMs are RAID-ed. The RAID is assembled as follows:

    0 - 0x9ffff from ROM 0 -- code and adaptives
    0 - 0x9ffff from ROM 1 -- RAP
    0xa0000 - 0xa00ff from ROM 0 -- NvC
    0xa0000 - 0xa00ff from ROM 1
    0xa0100 - 0xa01ff from ROM 0
    0xa0100 - 0xa01ff from ROM 1
    ...

The code/adaptives section is a 2-stripe RAID 0 with a stripe size of 0xa0000.

The NvC (nonvolatile cache) section is a RAID 0 with a stripe size of 0x100 bytes.

the rom should be 2mb, but problaby the reader has select 4mb so it read twice, any way we can unlock?

What tool do you have? Does the tool complain about critical errors when parsing the ROM(s)?

You could try assembling the RAID and then unlocking the RAID-ed ROMs. I could probably do the assembly, if that's a feasible approach.

the tools is just a normal SPI 4x3 adapter that can read a mini rom, the tools read 4194304byte, it does shows when any error. Reading from PC3000 and the adapter came out the same md5 hash so it read correctly, size does not matter I can read 2mb now.
The drive is a single drive came from PC use as D storage , no RAID as I know.

the drive seems no user data access, I want to get F3 to get terminal to do more.

I have attached the un-RAID-ed ROM, with zeros in the NvCache. If you can unlock it with PC3K, you then need to restore the RAID-ed ROM0 by extracting the first 0xA0000 bytes and patching ROM0.bin. I can do this for you if you get this far and upload your unlocked ROM.
