I received this SD and it's showing 8GB capacity, ofc its zeroes since the original capacity is 64GB. The client said that he tried chkdsk on it and that was it,

Any recommendations?
I'll attach a picture

Remove the monolith and brush it. Do you have PC3000 flash or VNR?

I think no need even dissasembly the monolith from plastic case. Look on area near connector and compare traces with SD v99, v101, v109, v113, v116 from my DB: https://www.flash-killer.com/monolith-database

Ask Denis from greydcode.com if the memory is recoverable, this card is in his database under the number SD 140, but there is no detailed information (it is possible that it is a low voltage of 1.25V and a problem with communication and/or signal capture on LA), only the information that is 2 layer pinout.

You definitely can't assume that it has 100% LDPC, maybe is BCH.
