Hi to everyone reading.
This is a bad day i suppose. When i connect pc3000 to usb "online" led light up.
But not the connected adapters.

I better give more details.
If I connect a Tsop48 or bga152 adapters their leds stay down and the whatever chip i'm testing, of course cannot show any ID.
This problem came out after having used the Circuit Board Adapter to read 14x20 mm tsop48. This job was fine, but now pc3000 is giving this problem.
So now, the only working adapter when connected seem to be circuit board.
I need to read some bga152 chips urgently. Please advice and suggestions are welcome

When you start a new project does it detect which adapter you have connected correctly ? AFAIK You can't swap between adapters within a project.

yes i know. I start/restart with the tested adapter. If i have to change adapter i disconnect everything and reconnect again

And Yes, adapter in use is correctly recognized by software interface

The ISL9305I Power Management IC is probably faulty. The PC3K uses the HBFNCZ version. It's best to ask ACElab. The IC can be purchased and replaced.

Thank you for you reply, Gregory.
Yes, I'm getting in contact with ace support hoping they will be collaborative. The device is out of warranty and i have never had problems with a malfunction of one of their devices.
Nowhere in their manuals or on their website they write about the kind of support they do for such cases or of a network of assistance points to repair broken devices. Will see, even if they do support giving info for self repair.

Even dont know why circuit board is still working fine ( with a soldered tsop-48 chip, in test) and other adapters not.
