Hello friends
I am a newbie. I also have the problem of LED BB error.spindle doesn't spin and BSY register is one. If possible, please check the attached ROM and fix it.

fzabkar is living supercomputer having knowledge of everything -electronics , hard disks , programming , Its amazing how he has given solution to something which even ace TS cannot do.

Its usefulness for Seagate looks very interesting. I have been using your WD utility to repair corrupted bios for several years now, and it is very good. But your Seagate Utility didn't know about it. Can you share it? What version of F3romExplorer do you use? The version I have is F3romExplorer_free_1.0.9

I had trouble doing this with one of the newer ROMs. Can you upload your ROM dump?
