Hi All,
Seagate Exos X20 ST20000NM007D 201221500 : adding in all the details, hopefully it gets picked up by google so the next person has a quick reference
I have 4 of these drives that fell victim to "EVGA's PSU pin swap without re-keying". All of the drives were tested with a different PSU in a known good environment, none of them spin.

I need help identifying the PCB components, how to test them, how to interpret the tests, and what repairs can be made.
Random googling leads me to believe the TVS diodes and 0 ohm fuses are suspect. Please see the pictures attached and let me know what questions you have.

"232" is a 12V e-fuse. Check the voltages at Vin and Vout. They should all be 12V.

"JB" is a 5V e-fuse. Check the voltages at Vin and Vout. They should all be 5V.

NIS5232, ON Semiconductor, electronic fuse, 12V, 4.2A, marking 232, DFN10:

Checked Vin for both on the sata contacts (chip input is on the belly pad), both are good at 12v and 5v
Neither is good on Vout (Pins 6-10).

Test for shorts between the outputs and ground (any screw hole). If there are no shorts, you can bridge Vin and Vout. For the 12V e-fuse I would use the SATA power pins for Vin rather than the IC.

https://pinoutguide.com/Power/sata-power_pinout.shtml

Also, be aware that SATA power pin #3 is the Power Disable pin. It should be at 0V, not 3.3V.
