 Post subject: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB no power

I got this 970 Evo plus Samsung NVME SSD

I have measured some capacitors. None of them gives any voltages
Upon Heat inspection the only chip that have a slight temperature is this AtAYF chip

The drive consuming 0.1A

"AtAYF" is an e-fuse. There should be 3.3V at Vin and Vout.

Perhaps it's similar to STEF4S rather than STEF05.

So i managed to fix the drive. The problem was the Power IC S2FPS05A01. After swapping the chip. The drive started working again
