Hi everyone,

I have a GoodRam CX400 256GB SSD with a MAS1102B-B1C controller.

The drive is correctly detected in the computer's BIOS.
Using DeepSpar, I was able to read approximately 55% of the data stored on the drive. However, when attempting to read the remaining data, Windows reports "Unknown USB Device."
I measured the voltages at the test points, and they seem to be within the correct range.
I’m not sure if I’m on the right track, but based on the read graph from DeepSpar and the amount of data that I was able to recover, I suspect that the problem might be related to one of the NAND memory chips on the drive.
Could anyone provide some advice or point me in the right direction regarding this issue?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

These SSDs have a very advanced terminal interface; you can check it out—everything is described there.

That is not all; the drive performs a self-test upon startup. You can run these same tests using the service utility designed for this controller. Most likely, the translation tables are corrupted.

If you don't want to figure it out at all, you can run a table test in the service utility.
Even if the test ends with an error, you can restart the utility; the drive should then appear with its full structure intact, allowing you to examine the situation further.
Just be very careful to disable all destructive tests.

I assume that when you mention the tool, you are referring to MPTool?
