I wrote to the MRT technical and sales staff on Microsoft Teams two weeks ago, but i still haven't received a reply.
I tried to contact them again yesterday and today, but still any response.
Does anyone know what’s going on?
Did they happen to ditch that shit called Microsoft Teams without announcing it? I’m starting to think they ran off as SalvationData did many years ago.

Message them on WhatsApp at +86 152 7813 0835. They usually reply there fairly quickly.

Ok, it seem to be a valid whatsapp account, i just wrote them... waiting for the answer.
Is it hidden account? I didn't find this number anywhere.

I don’t remember, I found them somewhere a few years ago when I was buying MRT. Anyway, I talked to them about 10 minutes ago and they were responding, so just be patient.

All the MRT team moved new paid Teams accounts to bypass China locking them out of Teams. Whether it worked, is remains to be seen.

They replied to me on WhatsApp.

"sorry, microsoft teams for personnal user is not available in China now. We applied the paid enterprise account but it was blocked on 1st, Aug suddenly. We lost all the contacts there. So we have to move to telegram.

They're answering me now on Telegram.
Now that Teams is offline on China, they're much slower answering on Telegram

They prefer telegram instead whatsapp, because when i contacted them on whatsapp they replied that i've to contact them on telegram, even though they claim messages arrive late there, presumably because the chinese government applies stricter controls and filters to Telegram than to WhatsApp.
So, i really don't understand why they prefer Telegram
