Hello does anyone had been a problem like this ST93015A

knock and by terminal send

Head Mask 0000
ID Stop

ID Stop
Head Mask 0000
ID Stop

then motor turn off send
F> Error Reading Reserve Track Defect list

Seems bad/Polluted Head Problem.
