yes Pepe after replaced the MHA over it had same problem, so i took the original ( we thought faulty) MHA and placed to good donor and the head works fine. Could it be the READ channel chip? All other chip warm except this one.

since U used the donor PCB I suppose with the donor heads in the patient, I don't think read channel could be the cause here.
What I think is that writing was turned on when the PCB or the preamp damaged, so there is no servo as well as data left on the platter...
I had such experience at least twice...

You know one thing i love doing data recovery is when successful i get a sense of "Multiple Orgasm" YES sometimes better than sex :D :D

Finally the drive is working and data copied.

All credit goes to all who posted in this forum, thank you all, especially PEPE who gave a great help in tourbleshooting and guidance.

Thank you guys.

Solutions:
Apparently the Head is not completely dead but for some reason failed, after following Pepe's adviced i remove faulty head and ROM and the drive works perfectly, yes the old PCB is faulty.
