How to disconnect the test? The help is very necessary...

Very common on Seagate, a weak or bad head, or Media defects, u should be tried some tests at the MHA , on terminal levels to check that some times if its Media defect and u did the head swap the problem still´s, so un first u need to get answers from Seagate Engineering Tests, if u are getting T> check AGE, if u reach DRDY DSC u get a chance tried to controlled by hardware to get sectors, if u dont know that, send to a DR company

agree beto, sometimes it can ready with age=50 but cannt read any sector.
