Sector 0 recovery

hi All,

i am having problem with my WD WD250JB-32EVA0, PCB=2060-001179-003 REV A.
The sector 0 of the hard drive is unreadable, i already try few software to recover and fix sector 0.

1)active@partition recovery ===failed
2)final data= failed
3)fdisk /mbr =failed


This the only model we had in stock, if we replace the pcb of this boards,what would the compatible
pcb boards?

Are you trying to recover data, or just get the drive usable?

i am trying to recover my data on this drives. this drives has 3 partition on it.

I'm not familiar with the software you used. Try to run r-studio to see if you catch any partition.

As recommended, R-Studio is definetely a professional tool.
It does its work neatly.
I use it most of time for Logical Recoveries...

Download the free R-studio and run a complete scan. It should have no problem finding the partitions. I use it all the time for these types of problems. Best bang for your buck!

TestDisk 6.6 is a free tool and works really well. The only drawback is that it runs in a windows dos screen and is not that user friendly.

I don't know if this will help, I han't had time to test it. But it looks like it might a unfull tool.
