Does this drive have NV-RAM on the PCB? If so, where is it located. I have an Identical drive with different firmware revision that I need to swap out. The drive will not spin, and there is no voltage to the motor coils. Is it possible that the heads are bad and the drive will not spin up for that reason? Swapping the heads is not a big deal if it is.
