Hello

Is there a way that you can Read/Write SCSI Firmware ?

I need to copy the firmware from one SCSI drive then Write it to the same make model of drive so the drives have the same firmware

I have some drives that have xerox firmware on them and need to put the segate factory firmware back on the drives

can anyone help plz

Ya, me too ;) Only I don't know who the OEM is (possibly EMC). Seagate L2 support refused to give me firmware for my drives (ST336704LCV). :ddown:

There is software that I think will work, but it is not free :( http://www.scsitoolbox.com/products/Toolbox.asp

BTW, Seatools Enterprise (free DL from seagate) can write firmware to a drive, but can not read firmware from another one...but you probably knew that
