Can i replace head from model WD800BB-18CAAO to WD800BB-75CAAO with matching DCM number (4,5,6 matching). Thanks

not really sure but i think the head are diffrent and allso the firmware might not like it
try and get a replacment head for the right model

The model is the same (the 18 / 75 are just oem references and don't matter)
