Datacare,

You always talk about the tools.
I want to kow how much you know in this field?
You need to promote your knowledge at the same time when you are searching for tools.
Professional knowledge in this field in essential.

I have 3 years experience in computer service and last 4 years i am doing data recovery
service. Now I can recover the data through softwares, that's logical case only i can
do it. In physical case(Clicking noise or dead) I don't know what to do

If you havent managed to learn anything about physical data recovery after 4 years, then I don't think data recovery is for you.

No, maybe not. I know software engineers that can do magic with programming, but they don't want to hear anything about 0 and 1's. Logical recovery is one thing, knowledge of HW structure of the drive families is another.
In my case, for example, I am more and more skilled in HW than SW, so maybe a logical recovery could take me more effort because I don't know in deep detail the filesystem structures etc. and anyway I concentrated more on HW because seemed that logical DR could be performed by almost everyone with legit or not software solutions, so why get into a poor business ? Business is not salvation army (Laura, nothing personal :D) It's not adding years to life, but life yo years !

Rgds.

well data care, this is my impression, let me told u my story case, before i worked on Data Recovery , i worked like TS certified, MCP, A+ , etc , and like u on first only did an high level Data Recovery , using software, but that not was only my goal, im always wish to know, whats happening really, on the hdd, like a doctor, on my country at this year, and on this years happens too, many people think, if the hdd cannot be formmatted or not detected by BIOS , the hdd its died, but im not always sure about that, , i feel the impression on that moment where´s the HDD doesnt show any "signal" should be , sending some "sigal" about what´s happening inside, but i need to be patient, because this is not a easy field, was need to left some years, i found an course about data recovery, logical level , where they show a little about how works the File System, Master Boord, Partition Table, and how to recover it manually ,on that course we understand an little about the working of the File System on that time FAT12,16,32,NTFS only the MBR Code, Partition table, code, Boot sector, . at that time im was only an student wich finalized the high school, but my goal, was know more , so at night´s i was searching on internet more about this, ,after return of that course, was an course for Technical support, no data recovery, after that, i did my A+Certification, then MCP, route, on that time Windows NT , that help me to open my mind, to this field, and think like an "engineer" , after some years i return to the university, and start my career System Engineer, but always my goal, was know more about whats happening on the hdd" at nights, i was searching on net, more about that, find many pages, unfortunely, until this day, some pages was closed, where explain´s , more on deep about the File System, at this time , working with an hdd hitachi 2.5 laptop from an client, i told u i was working on tech support, that clent send me the laptop because, no was accessing, to his data, and i lost many time, but was value time , because at this year found the mhdd forum, the first je :) , found some people who was working on the same field, with a lot of knowledgment, and i was reading posts, that was like on 2004 , reading posts, and sending my request to that people was the help to know an little and start on the most wonderfull, field for me the Engineering of the HDD¨s, but the people doesnt told me the answers only they were the guide, to know where i should be search, and what i should be to know, to understand an little about the hdd´s, and like many people i want to know on this moment all," how to did a head swap, how to repair sa" etc, but i learned only with patient, and practice, many practice, and of course at that time i was studying the System Engineer career, wich was the help too Thanks God, to undierstand and open my mind, to this field, because at the topics on the career we learned about the Microcontroller system, how do they work, how works RAM, Registers for an microcontroller, at that case was "Atmega Family" and all this story was necessary to understand an little and start my business of Data Recovery ,like u know this is an closed field, because need many wasted time, many hours without no sleep, and of course the "experience" but finally u got the results, now i has 28 years old, but i cant said i wasted my time no, thanks God, and thanks all my friends where find this great forum, so i can told, u the tools its not enough, they only that "tools" and the data recovery field, are not easy solutions, the most important its u need to understand "whats happening inside" this is my share

An idea : Why don't we organize a course - basic, intermediate and advanced with a selected pool of us so-called experts teaching ? I just want expenses paid and a reasonable fee (I am also a IT / IT security teacher and I get paid for my time) , I can travel. So, if someone wants, can attend a real, intensive training course. So every hassle, embarassment, misunderstanding, neverending useless threads and mind games and so on will stop.
Also, at last everyone can judge us. I am not afraid of being judged.
BTW the closed forum is on the way.
Rgds.

This is quite clear. Well, tools available on the market today are ACE (PC3000 ISA / PCI / UDMA) , HRT and SalvationData. DeepSpar (ACE) has HW solution for imaging drives and data extraction. Why didn't you explain some posts ago ?
Anyway, before buying (all these equipments are very expensive, especially ACE, anyway you can find used for a lower price) have a demo - not a demo version of the software , a live demo. The local reseller(s) probably would be glad to assist you.

P.S. I am currently searching for user manual of Space Shuttle, I bought a china clone but it came with all the manuals in chinese, so it's a little messy. Doing some emule search I found the manuals but they are 122,342 GB. in PDF format and I am too lazy, also my connection is a little slow so maybe the one of you who have them (AND I KNOW YOU HAVE THEM ) please upload to RapidShare, thank you. (ROTFL)

Hi BlackST , I have a used Space Shuttle Challenger manual not needed anymore...

Sorry for my black humour
