 Post subject: help!!!!!

hardware?software problem

tried to format system but when it tries to start windows i get loud sound then computer shuts down can anyone help me with this problem? email me at jo4tea98@yahoo.com thank you for any help

Personally I always thought it was rude for a new questioner to expect a response by email. If another person has a similar problem in the future, an answer that is posted is infinitely more helpful. But that's just me.

Based on your description, my best advice would be to bring your computer to a Technician, and ask him/her to fix it. If you want to be more precise, and add more details to your question, you might get a better answer.

this could be your cpu fan that is failing not getting up to full speed as it should
so the cpu shuts down because its getting hot.

allso where is this problem coming from power supply or hard drive

i agree it could be an issue with the cpu or psu. If it was a memory problem then the computer would not startup.
