Detail Drive : ST320414A/3EC019ZS/3.05/20G

"Broken Drive (DRQ is high)" error appeared when scanning at Guru.
Why such error occur & how to recover the error. Anybody can help me? TQ.

If correct model is shown in bios or identify, the chances for me are 70% sa, the rest heads and rom corruption. A terminal log would help.
