I have noticed that the Yahoo IM has less Salvation people on it lately. Laura comes on at weird times now.

I wouldn't be surprised. Actually, I think the only one surprised would be the guy at Salvation who decided putting out buggy, barely-usable tools was a good idea.

Just because they are not answering your call, does not mean they are on the brink of collapse! I just looked at their website and they say they are working the night shift on the week beginning 15th October as a trial.

I have been talking to salvationdata via my MSN, and they assure me that things are getting better and are a long way off collapse.

Dear friends.

I am really surprised at your sharp insight. Yes I am online at weird time this week. In fact, we newly set up North Amercia Market Team and we have done a Customer Survey already. We called our clients and solved their problems within this week and we get positive feedbacks.

In other words, our Team ( memebers Laura, Jessie, sophia, Susan) will focus on providing with quality service for clients in Norht America. We may already make our recent plans:

1)Customer Survey and Promotion for old clients;
2)Resellership program (includes to find qualified reseller, to train them, offer marketing instructions,24 hours Tech support) ;
3)Regular Data Recovery Training Courses in US or Canada;

We hope we can do something for our clients who support our company and us all the time. Through above events, clients will get near and real time support both from our resellers and from us directly.

This is an important trial for our company, so we keep it a low profile. Doing is better than saying for us for the time being. And I hope it will prove itself a success.

Dear guys, SalvationDATA is far way off collapse.

we keep going,farther;

We keep improving, better;

We will survive, forever.

Thank you for your kind concern again. BTW, any clients in North Amercia, please contact us at usinfo@salvationdata.com .

Regards

Laura Lee

Actually Laura has been moved to cover the north american region. Therefore the change in time. She now is more accessible during EST and CST times.

For support, don't email always use msn and consider their time zone.

Best regards!

I am sure not...

Selina is behind the contact - even when I have no comments - she sends
a request whether everything is fine ... to get new inputs.

That looks to be a caring company or at least very interested staff.

Finally I had a very positive DR with Data Compass today and could collect 7353
files - photos and small movies - from a defective drive, where no access was
possible with a PC, it stucks at specific files and froze....

At the end this "clever" customer told me against my advice - he will
format this defective drive - perhaps its only a software problem and
will work again. (the laptop felt to the ground). :cry:

networkpc3000, I m very very much satisfied with SD for their after sales support. I wish, no one have complain about their support stuff. ya, last few days, they have been busy with their new settlement (obviously improvement) for 24 hours support. thats why, we missed them at our specific time.

I just got through to support OK. But had to in early morning, due to the time difference.

Mind you, they weren't much help. I think they were rushing off for the weekend.

Doesn't matter now anyway, I figured the problem (and solution) out for myself.
