 Post subject: "Drive has been disconnected" for Barracuda 7200.7

"Drive has been disconnected" error found during scanning & stop at lba 75,224 .
What should i do?

Drive Details:
ST340014A/5JXGY7VY/8.16/40gig

Lost readiness. The drive has to be serviced, everything could be.
