Drive from 1+ year old HP system (out of HP warranty)

Require PCB or repair assistance for:
Seagate ST3320820AS , P/N: 9BJ13G-621, FW: 3.AHG

Drive not spinning, motor test OK, drive mechanically sound.

I am located in Toronto Canada.
