picks up fine in pci3000

but when it scanning service area

it comes up with the following

error lba-40-223955 hdd readiness time out

after it done confirm the errors to the g-list

to me this looks like its got a corrupted translator
as when you bring up data extractor
the hard drive read and its coming up red block errors and after 30 mins
its starts to read green for ok

tried to mount the hard drive with pc3000
and it mounts the drive ok
comes up with the right information of the drive and how many gigs
that all it does.

is there a way to repair the translator with out loosing the data

can anyone tell me if there a loader for this make of toshiba hdd2190 mk4025gas
