I try again some times this "power on / power off" , them rest the drive four some time, and the drive get ID.

So i start to copy in reverse, it copy again some sectors Ok them it stop.
So i make a head map and see wich head it stop, Head 2.

Samsungs use Zone-per-head translation that's why it is a big chunk of data per a head

yes, one zone on these drives is ~3.000.000 sectors in the outer area of the platter.
that's why he had ~6.000.000 sectors readable from H0 and H1.
he can try to image from ~9.500.000, and probably get other 3 x ~3.000.000 sectors. (H3,H0,H1)
or swap heads and recover the whole thing.

That explains why I have samsungs with completely healthy MHDD patterns, but which fail to recover due to head faults! :D
