IS THERE ANY BODY THAT MIGHT GIVE A GOOD ASSISTANCE IN ORDER TO RECOVER THE DATA FROM THIS HDD?

Something tells me both drives were in one system and you got a pretty good shock to you computer frying both drives. It is possible that both drives will just need a board swap, but you will also need some solder skills to swap the ROM chips. If the data is important i would recommend to send the drives to a pro. Maybe someone can give you a deal if you send in both.
