Hello i have a maxtor refurbished and it clicks when powered the model no says M400A133S072B. I believe the heads to have3 failed therefore needing a head swap. My question is has anyone had any experiance with these refurb drives and is there a firmware i have to match as no firmware codes are shown on the drive. Neither head code or pcb code.
Any help appreciated thank you
