Hi Everyone

I had a major problem with the OS of my computer running the PC3000 UDMA. I have now corrected that problem thanks for all the advice to get rid of the French OS and install English. I got the computer back up and running and got my data base installed back in from the bin file I saved before formatting my hard drive. Now there is just one more thing that I can't get to work correctly. It is the information structure inside the data base. I have downloaded everything from my download site for my card and installed all the information into the computer. Here is what I get when I look at my database. It is very strange and can't get it to work right. Any ideas on how this happens. I have installed the latest flash player as instructed but still have a blue screen and not all the information that I need or they say should appear on my computer. How can i correct this problem now. Please any suggestions on this one. You helped me to overcome the problem with garbage and locking up now just this last one and think that I have everything set up and working correctly again.

Here is my picture the first one and the second one is what they have sent me to show me what it is to look like. For me it is not the same at all.

How can I get this thing corrected please help just want to finish this up so I can go on Thanks

What does yours look like, does it have the 'Unable to display page' ? message..

if so, this is easy to fix

find the help files in explorer and right-click.
Select properties from the menu.
At the bottom of the page there should be something about Unblocking the file. Check that and click ok..

I checked my page and it does not have that. At the bottom of my page all it tells me to do is to click here to enlarge the picture. I do not know what to do now.

Thanks for the advice I tried to find what you told me but seems like that is not my problem

Hi it is this picture at the top. I am corrected it is not the database but reference to the drives that I am having problems with. The first picture is what I get when I open it . The second picture is what they sent to me and told me that my configuration should look like. It is spread sheet form and mine is only a blue screen as you can see. That is my problem with the reference table when I try to find out about the drive and all the informaion that goes with it. I downloaded all the pci files from my download folder and installed them and then this is what I got after I finished the installation. I asked about all this and they sent me the second picture I have attached and told me it should look like that one. How do you make it look the same so that I have all the needed informaion to use with it.

Thanks
