Hi all. This is Corey  and I am based in Australia. I am currently looking for an English speaking instructor who could lead DR training courses but just getting to know it is so tough to find the suitable one as there are obviously not many real experts on this area. Can anybody here provide any of advise or tips for the right way of finding one?.. I do not care which country he will be from and if they would be native english native speakers or not. The only things that I want the instructor to be is he has good understanding of DR and he could deliever his knowledge by using his English. Actually I tried to find some information about DR training on the web myself as well but only a few big giant DR companies were found to be available, which does not attract me very much as I only need an indivisual who is willing to teach DR technology through my biz  ...Anyway, please share your idea if you have any....Any of your positive words or negative words would also be really appreciated. Thanks for giving it a read.....

Just a matter of money. How much are you willing to pay per hour/per project/a day? Expenses paid? What exactly do you want?

I also suggest containing companies that offer computer forensic training - maybe they can suggest somebody for you within Australia, everyone speaks english. It would be cheaper for you.

Certified? Does that make me or any other professional DR techs less of a Data Recovery Expert because we are not 'Certified'?

I have watched the 'My Hard Drive Died' video, I believe it is the same video where he claims platterswaps on HDDs with multiple platters is impossible.....

Personally, experience, research, and commitment is the best way to learn. In fact, it is possibly the only way.

I am wondering, who gives those certificates? I never heard of a such authority.

I guess someone should start give out those certificates.

Thanks, but I already have a few printed in a "clean print shop" with a fancy golden seal.

Anyone one want to be a "certified" data recovery expert?

I think the best solution for You is to pay some company to work in it ( so You can work and learn...)
It takes 2-3 months to cover the basic....
