Can some one inform me about tools / hardware used to read UBA blocks.

I will appreciate any helping me.

Hi mbatsos,

I guess you are just trying to sneak into the DR field.

Ok, welcome ....

You will need specilized hardware/software combination like : ACE's PC3000 to be able to read UBA.

There are someother tools available in the market but I suggest use PC3000.

Unless you know how to communicate with hdd... Uba notation is for Maxtor pre-SEAGATE.
