I have disk Samsung PALO SP0812C SATA. F/W SU100-27. Disk don't click. Disk is starting and rotating the motor properly. Start and I see in log from terminal this:

Then I see BSY at ATA register, and there are highlighted DRDY,DRSC leds. I can't do anything. I have two PCBs to this disk with FW SU100-27. On both is the same result. Full disk symbols:

SP0812C PALO
S/N: S01UJ10Y398554
FW SU100-27
Rev.A

Has anybody Samsung terminal command set? I have never found this set...

Terminal is useless about Fw fix. It's not Seagate.

I don't understand. So what can I do by terminal with Samsung? Is there any way to fix this disk by terminal?

No, with terminal, you can only check the messages, debug the FW or up/download the RAM/ROM.

About ROM i know it :) I see a list of commands when I type "HE" from "ENG>" prompt. I downloaded ROM from this disk. I have 128KB file. Is there any way to check, that all is ok in this file? I know that this drive has a head map at ROM memory. I don't know that checksum of ROM is ok.... Can I check it?

Has anybody good ROM SU100-27 to this disk?

The problem is elsewhere. P.s. Poking with some commands you'll f... the drive FOR SURE.
