Check modules - ALIST might be corrupted.
Also one of the heads most likely is bad - and this has caused ALIST overflow.

I've have also seen a few of this model with this problem. And it has been ALIST in combination of a possibly weak, but not dead head. Sometimes it has been possible to get such drive temporary up with some restarts. So the PCB swap maybe just was luck?. I've also found another method to start up and access user lba from a LED 5B 0000 error :)
