Its nice to have the option of purchasing PCBs alone, but in many cases the problem is not as simple as it may seem.

Personally, if I need parts the entire HDD is always my preference. Maybe you should tell your 'customers' the same.

I prefer also to buy all the hdd, anyone know some company in Europe where we can find some spares.

I also prefer to buy a new and whole HDD, but sometimes as you know, if HDD is died and you want to recover data, the charge is so high(I saw a website, it's USD 800.00), mostly the disk of broken HDD is OK, after you change a new PCB, It could be work again, and it only cost USD 5 --USD 10 for one piece...

However, because of freight of the airshipment and bank change, our company could not sell one or two piece to our Client, unless you agree to bear all the change...

So we are looking for some client who is special in repairing HDD, and need this PCB as a fitting parts. We could give you an reasonable price.
