What could I make Maxtor firmware and ldr

Why do you need the complete FW?
Do you want to SS the drive for refurbishing?

If you rewrite all modules, you will ruin the way to access the data!

But please keep it in mind, i want to protect you to loose the data!

(U1GLA or GLB is not important for you if you need the data.)
