Hello friends, does any one work with this at any place of the world?

Our client its a recording studio, they was working with red cameras, recording a video, directly to a RAID 1 enclosure, 2 disks, WD 500GB, they told me each time, they need to record a new scene, the camera did a format to the disks, they said me the camera store data on FAT32, so before did the format they did a backup of data stores, to a Mac System HFS , but they made a mistake, they don´t check was backup all data, and lost 9 files, so they did format , and when they check the problem send to us, the case, they said when we did the format, was not like RAID1, was like alone disks, that option has the camera, to did format like RAID1 or alone disks, when i was analyzing the case, we tried to find HFS structures, and find, but looks like the new system, but at the fist sectors like 8 , 000, 000 of sectors was filled with 00 :? , tried so , tried with rstudio, ufs, winhex, DE, nothing so what we did, was ask to the client send to us a file, wich was recordning to unassmebly and know how works, after some time, we find fortunely this cameras has a header from each "scene" and a footer, and the client know wich was the scene´s "File r3d" 9 files with a maximum of 2 GB losted, so we program to search at the disk´s this, data, and record on a new file, and we find it, by code looks like original, a good header, where show some parameters, like data, time, scene time, storage, etc " metadata", after that the code, and at the final a header, . and after that close with a pattern. of 48bytes. all looks ok, to test the data, we use RED CINE , and we can see, the shots, but the movie doesnt work, so we send to the client to check it, and they told u the same they can see the movie but wich scene´s losted like when u build an array, but its bad stripe, or order u get the data corrupted, moved, the blocks, and this its not usefull for the client,

Regards

If you can view the individual frames then you can export them with redalert.
